Negative. Any attempt to deal with my issue telephonically was shut down which is ridiculous.
It is far too complicated for me to bother chatting with anyone. I have tried to contact telephonically but your overall site is rubbish.
I have made the point that I have not used this card for months as I had cut it up. However, apparently, someone has acquired my number which, bizarrely, they have been using and paying for. This last bill for which I am not responsible has been sitting there unpaid as I refuse to pay for purchases I have not made.
And suddenly, my account has been unlocked as whoever has taken over this account has made the payment. It was not me! And now, this person is free to start racking up new purchases. This complicated situation is one that I would have preferred to discuss in person but your rubbish site will not allow me to do so.
I wish to terminate my card for obvious reasons NOW.

Still waiting for my phone number to be changed.. ive now made 3 phone calls trying to change it.
Ive sent in a photo of my driver's license and a video of my face hoping it will be good enough so I can log into my online banking as I have payments I no longer want coming out of my account taking money out every month.. other then that I love banking with neo

Why are you only concerned with your compromised Neo Financial account and not the fact that some hacker probably has more of your information? You need to involve the police and see how/who is making these payments before real damage is done.
